We're looking for responsible, reliable tenants who will treat this home with care. The following conditions apply:

• Income: Proof of income for the last 3 months is required
• Occupants: The number of residents must be agreed upon upfront — no unexpected additions
• Group composition: Flat-sharing is welcome, provided the group is mixed-gender and that flatmates already know each other. We do not accept groups of strangers moving in together
• Students & expats welcome, including candidates from abroad, provided income is verifiable and the group meets our composition requirements
• Maintenance: Tenants are expected to keep the property in good condition. We would prefer a professional cleaner to visit at least once a month, unless tenants can demonstrate they maintain the home to a high standard themselves
• Financials: Monthly rent €2,500 (excl. utilities) | Deposit: 2 months' rent (€5,000)
